Privacy

This page is a placeholder while we finalize the production privacy policy with counsel. The short version: indie FDE collects only what we need to run the platform and process payouts, we never sell builder or customer data to third parties, and any customer-facing data your AI tool processes is yours.

What we collect

• Account email and the industry you target.
• Billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage telemetry for hosted runtime and cloud computers.

What we don’t do

• We do not train models on your customer data.
• We do not sell or share builder lists with third parties.
• We do not use your prompts to improve a generic product.
